DocStreamAI is a product of AI Buddies, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company. We build software that monitors Gmail inboxes for invoices, receipts, and credit memos, uses AI to classify and extract the data, and syncs the resulting bills and expenses to QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Why we built DocStreamAI
Accountants, bookkeepers, and finance teams lose hours every week to the same repetitive task: pulling invoices and receipts out of email, keying the details into accounting software, and chasing down the documents that slipped through. It is slow, error-prone work that scales linearly with the number of documents — and it keeps skilled people from doing the analysis and advisory work that actually matters.
We started DocStreamAI to remove that bottleneck. Our goal is simple: the moment a financial document lands in an inbox, it should be captured, read, and turned into a bill or expense in your accounting platform — without anyone retyping a line of it. By automating the intake and extraction work, we give finance teams back their time and keep their books accurate and up to date.
